BrowserCast Video - Stream to 0.2.20-free

Find embedded web videos and stream them to your Chromecast / Google Cast Device.

With BrowserCast Video, you can watch web videos on a larger screen. The app searches for playable video files (mp4, webm, 3gp) and streams them to your Chromecast or Android TV over your Wi-Fi network using the Google Cast API.

New feature: Long-press on an item in the list to share the video with another application.

Pro tip: You can also use your preferred web browser such as Chrome or Firefox and share the desired link with this application!

How does it work?

1. Open your favorite website that contains videos using the built-in web browser. Avoid clicking the play button.
2. Then, tap the mp4 button in the bottom-right corner of the screen.
3. If the desired file is supported, the videos will appear in the playlist.
4. Access the playlist by tapping the list button in the upper-right corner (within the action bar).
5. You can then select the video you wish to watch. A new activity will open; press play to watch it directly on your device, or tap the cast button first to connect the app with your large screen.

Known issues:

• Some websites conceal the mp4 URL using iframes.
• YouTube is not supported by this application.
